Shipping Policy

At ExpertPower, we aim to get your batteries to you as quickly as possible so that your system or equipment is up and running without delay. We make every effort to process your order efficiently, and typically, all orders are processed within one business day.

For expedited orders (2nd-day or next-day shipping), please note that the cut-off time for same-day processing is 1:00 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING TO CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

ExpertPower uses Priority and Ground services on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1 business days for processing and an additional 1-4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number in your email when your order has been processed. Find your order status HERE.

 

 

SHIPPING TO HI, AK, PR, AND U.S. TERRITORIES

ExpertPower offers shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories for some products. Please note that additional shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. For bulk orders and 48V solar panel kits, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for covering any import duties, taxes, and fees associated with the delivery. No return shipping label will be provided. If the customer chooses to refuse the delivery, a refund will be issued upon the return of the package to our company. Please note that the shipping charge is non-refundable.

 

PALLET SHIPMENTS

Bulk orders, including 48V solar panel kits, will be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) pallet freight. For residential deliveries, a liftgate service will be applied automatically, and a delivery appointment will be required. The shipping carrier will contact you by phone and email to schedule the appointment. Please note that if the appointment is missed, the customer is responsible for any redelivery fees. RETURN POLICY

At ExpertPower, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy, you can return your item within 90 days of purchase for a refund. All you need to do to start a return is contact us through your preferred channel and provide us your order number. Please note the following return guidelines:

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM AUTHORIZED DEALERS

For items purchased from authorized dealers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot), their return policies apply. Please contact the respective seller for assistance. Please be advised that many resellers have shorter return windows like 30 days.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM EXPERTPOWER DIRECT

  • Returns are accepted only for items sold directly by ExpertPower Direct and covered under warranty.
  • Defective or quality-related returns (e.g., manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped) within 90 days will receive a prepaid return label.

  • NON-QUALITY-RELATED RETURNS

  • For returns unrelated to product quality or defects within the 90-day window, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may incur up to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Additional restocking fees will be deducted in case of damage or missing items

  • RESTOCKING FEES

    Restocking fees may apply in these scenarios:

  • Items are tested and found non-defective (e.g., wrong item ordered).
  • The item is no longer needed.
  • Incorrect address provided.
  • Better price.
  • Note: Returns with incorrect items sent to us will not be honored.


    REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • ExpertPower does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item.
  • All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • SHIPPING COSTS & INSURANCE

  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
  • Packages valued over $100 should be insured, as ExpertPower is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

  • WARRANTY RETURNS

  • Items returned after 90 days but within 1 year of purchase are eligible for warranty service, such as repair or replacement. No refunds will be provided after 90 days from the purchase date; or a pro-rated refund might be offered.
  • Note: Warranty and returns due to defect claims will be first responded with a series of questions to determine the nature of the problem and if troubleshooting is possible.
