Awesome batteries, awesome customer service!
I have two EP1220 LifePo4 batteries and they have been great. I got one in November 2020 to power a few lights and vent fan in a camping cargo trailer conversion. Worked great with portable solar panel with charge controller. Discharge is consistent and charges quick, partly due to to it being only 20ah. I wanted a little more battery for a long weekend camping trip, so I got a second one in April 2021. I wired them up in parallel to be 40ah 12v. Again, worked great! Due to my battery meter having a setting wrong, I did run batteries down enough one time for BMS to shut them down. But, a few minutes on a proper low amp charger and it turned back on and charged back up as it should.
As for the customer service, it was excellent. I had a few questions about using two batteries in parallel, and Bryan was knowledgeable and quick to respond to my emails.

I will be purchasing some solar equipment soon. And if products and service are like my previous experience, I will not be disappointed.

This battery was perfect for my project. I wanted to build a portable solar system to use if a major earth shaking event or power grid failure were to happen. This battery is small but powerful enough for my one solar panel system to use in case of and emergency. Have properties that a lead acid or other type of batteries make it unsafe to use in a limited space.
