I have purchased two of these EP48100 version batteries in Jan this year. Battery arrived quickly and in great condition! It has been up and running smoothly for over two months without single issue. I like the features of display screen and main switch. The beauty of the battery is that there are over twenty popular BMS RS485 protocols which may cover most inverters in the market. Meanwhile, I was very impressed with their excellent customer service. Couldn't be happier with the purchase and plan to purchase another one.

Good but an enhancement on bluetooth is better.

I bought three batteries and the 6.5 kw inverter. It seems like a decent product but there is no support. The instructions were not even for what I bought. I’ve called and emailed but no one there to answer the phone. Mail box is full also.I would consider buying from someone else. Before you buy anything, call first to see if anyone even answers.Update….. after I was able to contact them, they were very helpful. They answered all of my questions. Turns out, one of my batteries is bad. They provided a return shipping label and I should get a replacement battery in a couple of weeks.All in all, I changed my stars from two to five based on the support after talking with them.

I have 5 of these batteries in my system and they work great! Most everything except the HVAC is on the system (12 panels, 2 inverters), and it drains down about 1/3 each night, then is fully charged by noon the next day. Note the remaining charge in AH (amp hours) is the only accurate parameter on the screen—the fully charged % and charge capacity % is not accurate over time, but it does not impact battery performance which so far is excellent (after 5 months of constant use).

I have an off grid cabin that runs on 12 lead acid batteries that are 9 years old. Since I need to replace them, why not upgrade to LFP. I ordered two for now, they were shipped promptly and were nicely packaged. The BMS menu is easy to navigate and I like having a breaker on each battery. Super happy with my purchase. Will be doing the final install in a few days and am looking forward to not smelling the sulfur from the old batteries.
